At Tech in a Row, we value your trust and aim to make our processes as clear and straightforward as possible. Below, you’ll find our policies regarding appointments, refunds, and custom work to ensure a smooth experience.

Appointments

All appointments are prepaid and follow a ‘Done with You’ approach, where we collaborate in real-time to address your needs.

Fullfillment: 

Appointments are conducted virtually via Zoom at the scheduled time. Sessions can be recorded and provided upon request.

Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Upon booking, you’ll receive a link that allows you to reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment..

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment start time are eligible for a refund, less a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.Upon booking, you’ll receive a link to reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment.

CUSTOM WORK

“Done for you” work can be arranged after an initial consultation. 

Fullfillment: 

Deliverables and timelines are tailored to your specific needs and agreed upon before work begins. Work will commence once both parties confirm the terms.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Completed work is non-refundable. If you choose to terminate the project, refunds may be issued for any unused hours or undelivered work, less a 10% processing fee.

Packages

Packages of bulk hours are available. 

Fullfillment: 

Packages consist of prepaid hours that can be applied to appointments or custom work. Hours are deducted from the package balance as they are used. Unused hours expire one year from the purchase date.

Refunds:

All package purchases are final and non-refundable.

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which complies with PCI standards to protect your payment information. Stripe uses encryption and industry-leading security measures to ensure safe and reliable payment processing.

Fulfillment Policy

  • Appointments: All appointments are conducted virtually via Zoom. The session can be recorded upon request, and the recording will be provided within 48 hours after the session.
  • Custom Work (Hourly Agreements): For clients who engage in custom work after an initial consultation, work will commence upon mutual agreement. Deliverables and timelines will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before the work begins.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments:

    • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any penalty.
    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

  • Custom Work (Hourly Agreements):

    • Refunds for hourly agreements will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Any unused prepaid hours may be refunded upon request.
